Victoria VR is a virtual-reality platform that uses AI to create immersive 3D worlds and avatars without coding. Its AI Builder turns text prompts into VR scenes and interactive elements, while AI Avatars are designed with memory and adaptive behavior.

The blockchain component supports the VR token, staking, DAO governance, and the metaverse economy. Within AI and Web3, the project operates at the application layer: AI tools support gaming and content creation, while blockchain provides the token economy.

AI is a visible part of its generation and agent features, but remains primarily at the user-application level rather than representing deeply decentralized AI technology.
