1. Purpose of the site

AI Coin Map provides reference and analytical material about AI crypto projects, market data, news, events, signals, classifications, and related services. The site is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, asset manager, financial intermediary, or crypto-asset custody provider.

2. No financial advice

Prices, rankings, AI Scores, charts, signals, digests, scenarios, and written material are provided solely for informational and research purposes. They are not personalised investment recommendations, offers to buy or sell, solicitations to transact, or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

3. Accuracy and availability

Data comes from external APIs, public sources, official project websites, and automated calculations. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or different from exchange data. AI Coin Map does not warrant accuracy, timeliness, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Features may change, pause, or be removed without notice.

4. Crypto-asset risks

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and may result in total loss. Risks include technical failures, hacking, fraud, loss of access, low liquidity, manipulation, smart-contract defects, and regulatory change. Users must independently verify information, assess risk, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

5. External and affiliate links

The site may link to exchanges, projects, and other third-party services. AI Coin Map does not control their operation, security, availability, content, or legal compliance. Some links may be affiliate links: if a user follows such a link and uses the service, AI Coin Map may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user. Compensation should not determine market metrics or AI Scores. The affiliate relationship is also disclosed next to the relevant link.

6. Intellectual property

AI Coin Map’s design, original text, classification structure, analytical calculations, and software are protected under applicable law. Third-party trademarks, logos, and material remain the property of their owners. Mentioning a project does not imply endorsement or partnership. Any open dataset published later will have its own licence; until then, publication of the website does not grant a right to bulk-copy or resell its database.

7. Acceptable use

You must not bypass security, disrupt the site, make excessive automated requests, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the material unlawfully. Ordinary indexing by good-faith search engines is permitted subject to robots.txt.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for trading or investment decisions, loss of profit, data or access, third-party conduct, or other loss arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable provisions of applicable law remain unaffected.
