This policy explains how personal data may be processed when you use AI Coin Map at aicoinmap.com. The site is operated by the owner of the AI Coin Map project. For privacy questions or rights requests, use the contact form.

1. Data we may process

  • Technical data: IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response code, browser and device type, referrer, error records, and security events.
  • Contact data: name, email address, subject, and message when you voluntarily submit the contact form.
  • Search queries: terms entered into the internal search, which may temporarily appear in technical logs.
  • Account data: only if the operator separately creates an account for a user. Public self-registration is disabled.

AI Coin Map does not request payment details, private keys, seed phrases, or crypto wallet credentials. Never submit such information through the contact form.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to operate and secure the site, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where permitted by applicable law, processing for operation and security relies on the legitimate interest in maintaining a safe and reliable service. Information submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to the user’s request. If optional analytics, advertising technologies, or newsletters are introduced later, they will be used only on an appropriate legal ground and, where required, after consent.

3. Cookies and local storage

At the date of this policy, anonymous browsing does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not store data in localStorage. Drupal may set strictly necessary session or authentication cookies only when a feature requires a session or login. Such technical cookies are limited to operation and security and generally do not require separate consent.

4. External services and recipients

Technical data may be processed by the hosting provider and other contractors needed to operate the site. Pages load styles and icon files through the cdnjs CDN; that request gives the CDN standard technical data such as the IP address and browser parameters. When you follow an external link, you interact with the third party under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities when required by law or a valid binding request. AI Coin Map does not sell personal data or disclose it for independent data brokerage or advertising profiling.

5. International processing

Infrastructure providers and linked services may operate in other countries. Depending on the user’s location, this may involve processing outside their jurisdiction. Available contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards are used where required by law.

6. Retention

Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnostics, and abuse investigations, then deleted or overwritten.
