Phoenix is Layer-1 and Layer-2 blockchain infrastructure originally created for intelligent Web3 applications with an emphasis on private AI. The project uses federated learning for large-scale data processing and AI integration and also provides oracles and smart contracts.

Its current products include AI agents and quantitative trading platforms for crypto markets with analytical and strategy tools.

The project's AI relevance is supported by earlier work on decentralized learning and its current agent systems, giving it a role in Web3 AI infrastructure.
